- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
- Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Stir the slurry into the slow cooker with the chicken and sauce, then cover and cook on high for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
