  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 1/4 tsp black pepper to make the honey garlic marinade.
  • Cut the 1.5 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken thighs into small pieces and place them in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the honey garlic marinade over the chicken, seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and spread 1/4 cup of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Place a piece of grilled honey garlic chicken on each bun, then top with shredded lettuce and a slice of tomato.
  • Serve the honey garlic chicken sliders immediately and enjoy!
