- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of cornmeal, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of melted butter, 1/4 cup of honey, 1 cup of milk, and 2 eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
