Honey Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
- Alternatively, you can also cook the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
