Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss 4 large diced potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika until evenly coated.

- Remove the home fries from the oven and sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the top.
- Return the home fries to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
