Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary, 1 tablespoon of chopped thyme, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the pork tenderloins, coating them evenly.
- Place the pork tenderloins on a roasting pan or baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the pork tenderloins and serve hot. Enjoy!
