Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary, 1 tablespoon of chopped thyme, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Rub the herb mixture all over the pork tenderloins, coating them evenly.
  • Place the pork tenderloins on a roasting pan or baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
