- 4 halibut fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons chopped thyme, 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary, 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
