  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring the pork bones and pork broth to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour to make the broth.
  • In a separate pot, cook the hủ tiếu noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper to make the seasoning sauce.
  • Add the pork slices to the simmering broth and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp and squid, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are cooked through.
  • Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls. Top with the pork, shrimp, and squid. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles and meat.
  • Drizzle the seasoning sauce over the soup and garnish with bean sprouts, green onions, and cilantro leaves.
  • Serve hot with lime wedges and sliced chili peppers on the side.
