Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground turkey, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well and form into 4 burger patties.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the turkey burger patties on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
