Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
