- 4 swordfish steaks (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to make the citrus glaze.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush both sides of the swordfish steaks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place swordfish steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the swordfish steaks with the citrus glaze, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
