Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to make the citrus glaze.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush both sides of the swordfish steaks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place swordfish steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the swordfish steaks with the citrus glaze, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
  • Remove the swordfish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
