Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush swordfish steaks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill swordfish for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
- Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place grilled swordfish steaks on serving plates and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
