Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss 1 pound of large shrimp with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper until shrimp are evenly coated.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers, leaving a small space between each shrimp.
- Place shrimp skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove shrimp from the grill and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
