- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup cilantro, 3 tablespoons lime juice, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
