Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Brush both sides of the pork chops with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place on the preheated grill.
- Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the honey glaze on both sides of the pork chops, allowing it to caramelize and create a sticky coating.
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve the honey glazed grilled pork chops hot, and enjoy!
