Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush the pork chops with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
- Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
