Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place Mahi Mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish, turning to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the Mahi Mahi from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill the Mahi Mahi fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
