Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place Mahi Mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish, turning to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Remove the Mahi Mahi from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the Mahi Mahi fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
