Grilled Lobster

Ingredients
- 2 lobsters, about 1 1/2 pounds each
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Split the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove the vein and any green tomalley. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of melted butter, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, and the juice of 1 lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the lobster halves on the grill, shell side down. Brush the flesh with the garlic butter mixture.
- Grill the lobsters for about 5-7 minutes, until the flesh is opaque and lightly charred, basting with the garlic butter mixture occasionally.
- Remove the lobsters from the grill and serve immediately with the remaining garlic butter on the side for dipping.
