Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Place the chicken tenders in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
