Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 10 minutes, turning once.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place on the preheated grill. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
