  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, the juice and zest of 2 lemons, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with additional dill and lemon slices, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
