Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 6 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped rosemary, 2 tablespoons of chopped thyme, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
- Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper, then place them in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the lamb chops, making sure they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the lamb chops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
