  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and rub to coat evenly.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, chopped apple, halved grapes, chopped walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese.
