  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 4 pita bread
  • Tzatziki sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and the juice of 1 lemon.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables for grilling. Thread the cherry tomatoes onto skewers and brush the onion slices with olive oil.
