  • In a food processor, combine 2 cups of basil leaves, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup of pine nuts, 3 cloves of garlic, and 1/2 cup of olive oil. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the pesto sauce until well coated. Add the grilled chicken strips and toss to combine.
