Ingredients
- 1 pound of chicken hearts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
- Add 1 pound of chicken hearts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Thread the chicken hearts onto skewers, leaving a little space between each heart to ensure even cooking.
