Ingredients

- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss 1 lb chicken gizzards with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp paprika until well coated.
