Instructions

  • Rinse the chicken gizzards under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
  • Add the chicken gizzards to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
