Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken gizzards
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken gizzards under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken gizzards to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken gizzards on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Drizzle the grilled chicken gizzards with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
