Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • While the chicken is resting, in a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
  • Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the dressed romaine lettuce.
  • Sprinkle the croutons over the salad and serve immediately.
