Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of croutons
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- While the chicken is resting, in a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the dressed romaine lettuce.
- Sprinkle the croutons over the salad and serve immediately.
