Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush the BBQ sauce mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has grill marks.
- Brush the salmon with additional BBQ sauce while grilling if desired.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve the grilled BBQ salmon hot and enjoy!
