Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the sauce into the chicken to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and discard the marinade in the bag. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting with the remaining BBQ sauce mixture during the last few minutes of grilling.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the grilled BBQ chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy!
