Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the gluten-free spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, toss the sliced zucchini, yellow bell pepper, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the vegetables on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.
  • In a separate saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until warmed through.
