Ginger Soy Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Add the sliced flank steak and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of minced ginger and 3 cloves of minced garlic, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced red and green bell peppers, broccoli florets, and sliced carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add 1/4 cup of sliced green onions. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve the ginger soy beef stir fry over cooked rice and enjoy!
