  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Add the sliced flank steak and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of minced ginger and 3 cloves of minced garlic, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the sliced red and green bell peppers, broccoli florets, and sliced carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Return the beef to the skillet and add 1/4 cup of sliced green onions. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
