Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar

- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of minced fresh ginger, 3 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Pour the ginger garlic glaze over the cooked shrimp in the skillet and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the glaze thickens and coats the shrimp.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
