Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow dish, mix together 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place 1/4 cup all-purpose flour in another shallow dish, and beat 2 eggs in a third shallow dish.
  • Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
