Ingredients
- 8 oz of fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
