- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
- In a separate bowl, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
