  • Stir in 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of chili powder, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Meanwhile, warm 8 small flour or corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until they are pliable.
  • Divide the chorizo mixture evenly among the warmed tortillas. Top each with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro.
