Ingredients
- 2 pounds of baby potatoes
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry 2 pounds of baby potatoes, then cut them into halves or quarters depending on their size.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of melted butter, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
- Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl and pour the garlic butter mixture over them. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
