  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
  • Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the cherry tomatoes and garlic-infused oil.
  • Stir in the chopped fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
