  • Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a small round pizza crust.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese on top of the marinara sauce on each pizza crust.
  • Fold the pizza crust in half to create a half-moon shape and press the edges firmly to seal.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge each folded pizza in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the dredged pizzas in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
