Crispy Fried Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of paprika, and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
- In another shallow dish, whisk together 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of milk.
- Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture to coat evenly.
- Heat 2 cups of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the coated chicken tenders into the hot oil and fry for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
