Crock Pot Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place the 2 pounds of flank steak in the crock pot and pour the soy sauce mixture over the steak.
- Cook on low for 6 hours, or until the steak is tender.
- Once the steak is cooked, remove it from the crock pot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- In a small saucepan, mix together 1/4 cup beef broth, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, and 2 tablespoons water. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the flank steak against the grain and serve with the thickened sauce.
