Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place the 2 pounds of flank steak in the crock pot and pour the soy sauce mixture over the steak.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours, or until the steak is tender.
