Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 6 fresh figs, sliced
- 4 slices of prosciutto, torn into pieces
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup arugula
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the flatbread and spread it evenly with a brush.
- Evenly distribute the sliced figs and torn prosciutto over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese on top of the figs and prosciutto.
