Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
