Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Set aside to rest.
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Add the broccoli to the boiling water during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  • In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips and add it to the alfredo sauce, along with the cooked fettuccine and broccoli. Toss to coat everything evenly and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
