  • Add the cleaned mussels to the skillet and pour in the white wine. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels have opened. Discard any unopened mussels.
  • Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the mussels. Toss to combine and coat the pasta with the garlic-infused olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the linguine and mussels, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again to combine.
  • Transfer the linguine and mussels to a serving platter or individual plates. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
