  • Close the croissants and brush the tops with melted butter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • While the croissants are baking, heat the tomato soup in a saucepan over medium heat. Once heated, stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the croissants are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
