Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of softened butter, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the garlic butter mixture.
