Ingredients
- 1 pound of pork belly, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of gochujang, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced pork belly to the marinade and mix well to ensure the pork is coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for about 10-15 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked and caramelized.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with steamed rice or lettuce wraps.
